We work in partnership with you to understand your programme and your objectives for accreditation. We then agree a project plan and accreditation timeframe with you in an onboarding meeting. A Tech Industry Gold Accreditation Specialist is assigned to support you once you are ready to proceed.
Your Accreditation Specialist will work closely with you on a draft submission. This shows how your programmes meet the accreditation criteria, which cover learning outcomes, delivery, assessment and diversity. Having undertaken a gap analysis, we have a review meeting with you to offer feedback before you finalise your submission. This is usually within 12 weeks of the onboarding meeting.
The Accreditation Specialist prepares a report for a Tech Industry Gold Employer Accreditation Panel. They will present to the panel, followed by panel members asking you any clarification questions. Following their exploration of the evidence, they will decide on the accreditation outcome, which is notified to you within 24 hours.
Following successful accreditation, we move into an ongoing partnership with you. This includes welcoming you into the Tech Industry Gold community, creating a marketing plan to promote your programme, providing industry enrichment for your learners, and scheduling regular meetings and information flow to help you keep abreast of changing industry needs.
We listen to you to understand your priorities and skills needs, forming working groups with employers with similar interests.
Tech Industry Gold Accreditation Specialists translate this input into Tech Industry Gold accreditation criteria, including setting out the Learning Outcomes programmes need to deliver.
Learning providers work with us and our Accreditation Specialists to develop programmes which meet these criteria.
Employers form panels at which accreditation proposals are presented for decision. Following successful accreditation, ongoing currency of programmes is assured through regular updates of accreditation criteria with employers, and regular review of programmes with provider partners.
