Music producer to tech entrepreneur – Danny Manu
Danny is a passionate serial entrepreneur who started his professional career as a global technology engineer for Quanta Networks Inc. His passion for music and audio production led him to be part of a music production team which included number one artist, Fleur East. Dedicated to audio perfection, Danny raised over $500,000 in crowd funding for his first product MyManu Clik– truly wireless live translation ear buds – beating Google to market. Growth expert and top woman in tech – Naomi Timperley
Not only was Naomi voted into the top three most influential women in technology by ComputerWeekly.com, but she has also enabled hundreds of individuals and business develop their tech businesses and growth plans. She is a mentor, growth expert and passionate about people in tech. She co-founded Tech North Advocates and GSI sits on the board of several organisations. Read more about Naomi here.

 


 

Matthew Wallwork, BT Research

BT Research Specialist, Future Infrastructure, Matthew Wallwork

Matt is a Research Specialist in the Future Infrastructure team in BT Applied Research. Matt designs and programmes IoT (Internet of Things) platforms which has included platforms for Smart Homes, Smart Health, and Connected Vehicles. Matt has worked for BT for 2 years since completing his bachelor’s degree in Computing from Bournemouth University. Read more about Matthew here:
