The FDM Returners Programme offers the opportunity to step back into a rewarding and successful career. Whether it has been 1 year or 20 years, this Programme is dedicated to supporting professionals return to work following a career break or furlough period.
The FDM Ex-Forces Programme is a dedicated platform to help ex-service men and women launch a meaningful second career after leaving the forces. The programme is open to military veterans, their spouses, ex-police, and blue light service leavers, as well as nurses. Run by veterans who understand the challenges of transitioning from the forces, this programme offers tailored support and training to transition into a rewarding career in business and technology.
Tech Industry Gold is the only industry accreditation, recognising high-quality pathways into digital & tech careers. Meeting criteria that are defined by industry, Tech Industry Gold programmes integrate the business, technology, project and professional skills needed to excel in the workplace.
